Had a look, the tone of it is a little self-helpy for me. On a linguistic level, I never really thought of quitting as a problem – that I would call “giving up”.

True. My take away was…if you can’t get past the dip, don’t start. If you can push past the dip, then the chart continues upward! Self-helpy, yes. Still a good read.
